The Elitist works with writers, photographers, stylists + fixers in the markets we publish. We also welcome venue, brand + talent submissions for consideration.

WHAT WE COMMISSION

Destination guides, founder + tastemaker interviews, hotel, restaurant + wellness features, product edits + original photography. Each edition is devoted to a single destination at its peak season, so pitches should be tied to a market on our calendar.

HOW TO PITCH

Send a short note with your idea in two or three sentences, the destination + edition it suits, why it is right for our reader, and links to two or three examples of your work. Photographers may send a portfolio link in place of clips.

VENUE, BRAND + TALENT SUBMISSIONS

If you would like your hotel, restaurant, brand or client considered for editorial coverage, send the destination, what is new or noteworthy, timing + press materials. Editorial selections are made by our editors and cannot be purchased. For paid features + advertising, see The Partner Collective.

RATES + RIGHTS

Commissioned work is paid at rates agreed in writing before the assignment. We ask for first publication rights in print + digital, and the right to feature the work in our own promotion. Contributors keep their copyright.
